Restaurant reservations and official tickets are at face price, hotels at public rates, and tours, transfers and experiences at package prices quoted upfront. You approve every line before booking.

Paris planning that fits your pace and the help you need

Tell us what you have already booked and what you want to hand over. Chic Trip can design the daily itinerary and coordinate the agreed restaurant tables, museum entries, guides and transfers. Private guides are optional: we can mix guided visits with independent time, with the scope and fees confirmed before you commit.

Example brief: seven days in Paris without planning every minute

We could group museum visits by neighborhood, leave afternoons free and place restaurant reservations around the day's route. If you prefer a slower pace, we remove a visit rather than turn every day into a rush. This is an illustrative approach, not a fixed itinerary or a promise of ticket availability.

Already booked flights and a hotel?

You can keep them. Send us your hotel address, arrival and departure times, existing confirmations and the visits or meals you still want. We check the gaps, agree the planning and booking work, then arrange approved restaurant tables, museum entries, guides and transfers around your fixed plans. Existing bookings keep their original conditions; a request does not guarantee a sold-out reservation or include a free booking service.

Comfort, walking and access

We plan around your walking limit, rest breaks and transport preferences, not your age alone. If you use a folding scooter or walker, share its dimensions and your access requirements so we can check vehicles, hotel entrances and lifts with suppliers. We do not assume a venue is accessible or promise access before it has been confirmed.

A longer stay, not a longer checklist

For several weeks in Paris, we can assess apartment options and a lighter weekly rhythm alongside your interests. Availability, rental terms, any accommodation search and the level of in-person support are agreed separately in your proposal. A long stay is not automatically covered by a standard short-trip fee.

One place for plans and practical details

Your agreed itinerary brings together daily choices, reservations, tickets and directions in the Chic Trip app. You have a human contact by message during the agreed support period. We explain what does not fit your dates and offer alternatives; sold-out access, instant replies and round-the-clock personal attendance are not guaranteed.

From your brief to confirmed reservations

1. Share your dates, priorities, pace, budget and anything already booked. France and Italy requests are for trips with at least $10,000 in travel spend, excluding international flights.
2. See the planning fee for your trip length and group size before submitting. It is separate from hotels, meals, tickets and transport, not an all-inclusive trip price.
3. Review the itinerary structure, alternatives and estimated travel costs. We identify what does not fit, then refine the plan with you.
4. Approve supplier bookings as availability opens. Estimates are not reservations; each confirmation and its conditions are recorded in your itinerary.

Already booked your hotel or some tickets? We can build around them. Group tours, self-guided visits and private guides are chosen to suit your preferences and budget, not made private by default.

The planning fee and your travel costs are separate

Planning and coordination

One agreed planning fee for the itinerary, booking work and support specified in your proposal. It is not a credit toward hotels or activities.

Hotels

Public rates, with the room category, meals, taxes and cancellation conditions checked for the option you approve.

Restaurant reservations and official tickets

At face price. Meals, required deposits and admission tickets are separate travel costs, not included in the planning fee.

Tours, transfers and experiences

Clear package prices quoted upfront, which can include a margin. These are not supplier net or face-price promises. We state whether admission, transport, meals or tastings are included in the particular option.

Transport between destinations

Eligible train journeys and ground transfers can be included in our agreed booking scope. International flights are booked by you, with our advice on timing and route.

Who books what?

Before booking starts, we agree which reservations Chic Trip will handle, which you will make yourself and which are already confirmed. You approve the option, total and conditions before we proceed. Booking windows and supplier availability determine when a reservation can be confirmed. Your itinerary distinguishes suggestions, items awaiting approval and confirmed bookings.
