One planning fee for your trip

Concierge examples for up to four travelers: $623 for 3 days, $1,328 for 7 days or $1,826 for 10 days. Your trip length and group size determine the fee shown in your request. Longer stays and special arrangements are confirmed in writing.

The planning fee does not pay for hotels, meals, tickets, guides, trains or transfers. We quote those costs separately, and you approve bookings before we make them. International flights are yours to book.
