We coordinate approved reservation requests, subject to availability. Timed entries help organize the day; security checks and waiting can still apply. Dietary needs are passed to the restaurant, which confirms what it can accommodate.

Your total, inclusions and booking conditions are set out before you commit. Supplier confirmations identify what is secured and which preferences remain requests.

Support during your stay

You can message our Paris-based team for help with an unexpected closure or a change of plans. We review the available options and coordinate changes where possible. This is not a 24/7 emergency service, and response times depend on the situation.
