Your journey includes a Paris-based point of contact for your agreed itinerary, with WhatsApp support during your stay. We help assess alternatives and coordinate changes within the agreed arrangements.
In practice: If an arrival is delayed, we can help review what that changes for the transfer, first activity or dinner booking.

Chic Trip combines custom Italy itinerary design with agreed ground bookings: hotels, intercity trains, restaurant tables, museum tickets, guides and transfers. Your planner speaks Italian and coordinates the journey as a whole. You approve the scope and costs before supplier bookings; international flights remain yours to book, with our route and timing advice.
A starting point could be four nights in Rome, three in Florence and three in Venice, with transfer days kept lighter. We check your flights and priorities before choosing that structure. If you want slower mornings or countryside time, we compare it with two bases instead. This is an illustrative route; rail services, hotel availability and museum reservations are checked for your dates.
Chic Trip can coordinate the agreed hotels, intercity trains, private guides and transfers without turning every day into a guided tour. We identify the visits that need advance reservations, leave other periods open and show clearly which entries and transport are confirmed. Tell us how many guided hours you want, your preferred train class and what you would rather explore alone; every inclusion and price is approved before booking.
Choose the number of bases from your usable nights, not a wish list of cities. We coordinate museum days, rail transfers, hotel check-in and meals in the same neighborhoods. A shorter trip may work better with two bases. You see the alternatives and what a third city would displace before the structure is agreed.
This is Fred's strongest first-hand Italian ground. A Venice, Verona and lake route can balance art, food and quieter days. We choose the lake and shore around your onward journey, hotel access and local transport. One well-chosen lake stay can be more enjoyable than transferring between several lakes with your luggage.
Compare the hotel and room category, number of nights, cancellation terms, private or group visits, admissions, train class and transfers. Check whether personal planning, booking work and support during travel are included. Chic Trip confirms those details and your total in writing before you approve. A lower headline price is not necessarily the same trip, and we do not promise to beat every other quote.
For a longer trip, we compare two or three well-chosen bases with more frequent moves, allowing for luggage, check-in, transfer days and the visits you care about. Hotels, train journeys, guides and independent days are coordinated in one itinerary. Complex or extended trips receive a written scope and tailored total, not an assumed all-inclusive package.
For a sailing from or to Civitavecchia, we can assess Rome nights and the port transfer as a separate land stay. We check your ship's actual timing, luggage and walking needs before recommending visits or another Italian destination. The cruise booking and its conditions remain with your cruise provider.
Already booked your hotel or some tickets? We can build around them. Group tours, self-guided visits and private guides are chosen to suit your preferences and budget, not made private by default.
Before booking starts, we agree which reservations Chic Trip will handle, which you will make yourself and which are already confirmed. You approve the option, total and conditions before we proceed. Booking windows and supplier availability determine when a reservation can be confirmed. Your itinerary distinguishes suggestions, items awaiting approval and confirmed bookings.
