Our example gives you three nights in Milan, then three nights in one Lake Como hotel. There is one hotel change, a dedicated transfer day and a free lake day to enjoy as you please.

Start with the exact hotel address
A lake view does not tell you about stairs, hills or the walk to dinner. We check road drop-off, luggage handling, lifts and the route to the pier before recommending your hotel. The photograph here is inspiration, not a promised hotel or room.
Choose the connection that suits you
Train, road and ferry choices depend on your hotel and travel dates. We plan the whole journey with luggage, including the last stretch to the door. Lake boat plans depend on the actual timetable, weather and operating conditions.
Give the flight home enough room
Your departure airport and flight time shape the last day. An early flight may mean changing the final night to Milan or an airport hotel, with the route and price adjusted together.

Should we stay in Milan or split our nights with Lake Como?
A Milan stay with one lake outing keeps a single hotel and suits a shorter city trip. Our seven-day example gives you three nights in Milan and three in one Lake Como hotel, with one hotel change and time to enjoy quieter lake mornings. We choose the arrangement around your dates, interests and preferred pace, then quote it individually.
Are the Last Supper and Duomo rooftops included?
The Last Supper is not included in this example. We can check tickets for your dates as a separate option, without guaranteeing availability. Duomo rooftops are a distinct visit from the cathedral and can be considered if you would enjoy them, with the access route and admission checked before booking.
What happens on the day we move to the lake?
Day 4 is for moving from Milan to your one Lake Como hotel and settling in. No villa visit or boat outing is added to the transfer day. We choose the route around the exact hotel address, your luggage and comfort, leaving the planned lake visit for day 5.
Does the lake outing include a villa and a boat?
We choose one garden or villa for day 5 and consider boat time as part of a comfortable route. The selected visit, timetable and operating conditions are checked for your dates. If boat plans need to change, we discuss the alternative and its cost and booking terms. Day 6 remains free.
What will our Milan and Lake Como trip cost?
This example has no fixed package price. Your dates, hotels, rooms, visits and transport determine your tailored quote. Fred will discuss your preferred budget and prepare a written proposal with the total, inclusions and booking conditions before you commit.
Can we go directly from Lake Como to our flight home?
It depends on your lake hotel, departure airport and flight time. We check the full transfer and allow time for luggage and airport formalities. An early departure may be better served by a final night in Milan or near the airport, with the itinerary and quote adapted together.
