End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement governs your use of the Chic Trip web application, mobile app, and related digital services. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

Chic Trip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for personal travel planning purposes. Your account credentials are for your individual use only. The itineraries, recommendations, and content we create for you are licensed for your personal travel use and may not be redistributed commercially. We retain intellectual property rights over our planning methodology and proprietary content.

Chic Trip is operated by WANDERCHIC TRAVEL, SASU, 50 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris. Travel operator registered with Atout France under number IM075260066.
