We help you select a suitable European river or ocean cruise and confirm booking access, the operator’s conditions, traveler eligibility, availability and payment arrangements before offering to reserve it. We book after your approval. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a cabin or commit you to a purchase.
We help you assess a selection of relevant sailings, cabin categories, inclusions and conditions. We are not a whole-market comparison service. Booking access, eligibility and availability are checked before we offer to reserve a particular option.
Yes. We check your sailing’s ports, confirmed time ashore and included excursions, then suggest suitable visits, guides or independent plans. Extra excursions are quoted and booked only after your approval. We plan with a return-time buffer, but do not guarantee that a ship will wait for an independently arranged excursion. Port changes and the operator’s instructions can require adjustments.
You can keep that reservation and ask us to plan the days around it. Share the ship, ports, dates and confirmed arrival requirements. We do not assume that your reservation can be transferred or that Chic Trip can change its terms.
You can enquire about either, including a Mediterranean sailing with a stay in Rome or a Danube cruise with extra city days. We confirm the specific route, operator booking access and local services before accepting the work. We do not promise access to every cruise line, ship or destination.
Yes, our personal travel planning serves American travelers. For a cruise booking, we separately check the operator’s residence, market, currency and booking conditions before quoting. Do not assume that a European fare is available to every traveler.
Only the items expressly listed in your proposal are included. We help coordinate your flight timing with the land itinerary; flights are not automatically included. Cruise meals and excursions depend on the selected fare. Restaurants and visits during your extra days are set out separately.
You get to know Fred before you travel, and he remains your Chic Trip contact for the arrangements we plan. You can message us during the stay we arrange for help and suggestions. Local drivers and guides deliver the agreed services; Fred is based in Paris and does not personally accompany every destination. Our Paris personal planning includes a coffee and neighborhood welcome; welcomes elsewhere must be confirmed in your proposal. We agree the support scope before booking. The cruise operator remains responsible for onboard operations and its own guest services.
We review your sailing’s itinerary and confirmed inclusions before planning your extra days. That helps us suggest different experiences and avoid booking the same visit or transfer twice. If the operator changes its itinerary, we review the impact with you; any changes remain subject to availability and booking conditions.
Message us if you’d like a slower day or a different suggestion during the stay we arrange. We check what is possible and explain any additional costs before making an agreed change. Tickets, guides, hotels and cruise reservations have their own conditions; changes are not automatically available or free. The app holds your itinerary, but does not automatically rebook your trip.
