Start with your Canadian departure airport and the local arrival date in Europe. Connections, overnight flights and the return journey affect the time you actually have. We build the land itinerary around your confirmed flights, with room to arrive, leave your bags and settle in. Early hotel access must be confirmed separately.

You do not need to see both countries to make the journey worthwhile. A Paris stay can have more depth than a rushed circuit. If you want France and Italy together, we compare the hotel changes and transfer time with the experiences you care about: art, food, architecture, gardens or simply time together.

Share an approximate budget in Canadian dollars for your whole party, and tell us which bookings you have already paid for. We preserve the amount and currency you give us; CAD is not treated as USD. The written proposal confirms its quotation and payment currency, planning fees, travel costs, inclusions and booking conditions before you commit.

Can Canadians use Chic Trip to plan France and Italy?

Yes. We welcome enquiries from Canada for independent, personalised stays in Paris, elsewhere in France and Italy. Paris is our home base. For other regions, we confirm the itinerary, partners and availability before accepting the arrangements. We are not a Canadian travel agency or a local Canadian office.

Can I give you my budget in Canadian dollars?

Yes. Select CAD in the enquiry form and enter the approximate amount for your whole group. This is a planning budget, not a quote or payment. We retain it in Canadian dollars and confirm the quotation and payment currency separately before you approve any paid service or booking.

How do calls work from Canada?

Our calendar lets you choose your local time zone. Check the displayed date and time before confirming, especially around seasonal clock changes. If no available time suits, send your enquiry with your city and preferred contact method so we can discuss an alternative.

Can you plan around flights or a cruise I already booked?

Yes. Share the confirmed dates, airports or ports and anything included in those bookings. We can plan the France or Italy stay around them. For a new cruise booking, we separately check the operator’s residence and market eligibility, booking access, currency and conditions before quoting.

Will everything be refundable?

No. Flexible options can be requested where available, but hotel, train, guide, ticket and cruise conditions differ. Your proposal makes the relevant payment and cancellation terms clear before you commit. We do not promise a universal refund window or that travel insurance will cover every cancellation.

What should we check before travelling from Canada?

Check current official Canadian travel advice and the destination authorities for every country on your route. Entry requirements depend on your passport, residence and individual circumstances, not just your departure airport. We do not guarantee entry or make immigration decisions.
