A family visit in Britain, a cruise elsewhere in Europe or flights into one city and home from another can be the anchors. Share those dates first. Our core planning and ground-booking service covers France and Italy; arrangements elsewhere are discussed separately and never assumed included.

Protect the first day and the final connection

We keep arrival plans light and check luggage storage, reception hours and any requested early check-in with the hotel. Before a cruise or flight home, we work backwards from the required arrival time and discuss a sensible buffer. Early access, connections and supplier availability are not guaranteed until confirmed.

A well-located hotel, a private visit where it adds something, a train instead of another airport, or simply an extra night in one place. Tell us your priorities and budget in AUD, NZD, USD or EUR. Your written proposal confirms the currency, our remuneration, travel costs, inclusions and booking conditions before you commit.

Your questions, answered

Can we work with you from Australia or New Zealand?

Yes. Our team is based in Paris. We plan remotely by email and scheduled calls, then support the France and Italy arrangements agreed in your proposal. Use our calendar to check available times in your local time zone, or ask by email if none suits.

Can we tell you our budget in Australian or New Zealand dollars?

Yes. Select AUD or NZD in the enquiry form and enter your approximate budget for the whole group. We retain that currency rather than treating it as US dollars. The proposal confirms the actual quotation and payment currency; any indicative conversion is identified separately.

Can you help if our flights or cruise are already booked?

Yes. We can plan your France and Italy stay around existing reservations. We check the ports, dates, included excursions and transport connections before suggesting extra arrangements. Your cruise operator remains responsible for the sailing and onboard services.

Is this a group tour?

No. We plan an independent, personalised trip for your party. Private or shared experiences may be suggested where appropriate, with their format and price made clear before booking.

Do we need to book a long itinerary?

No. A Paris stay or a few days in Italy can be part of a longer trip organised separately. Tell us which part you need help with. If your journey is longer than the form options, describe the full dates in the notes.

Are visas and flexible cancellation included?

Entry requirements depend on each traveller’s passport, residence and complete route. Check the relevant official authorities before committing. Flexible rates can be requested where offered, but deadlines, fees and refund terms vary by booking. No universal refund window or visa approval is promised.
