How do you plan a Paris trip for seniors?

We start with your interests, comfortable walking time, stairs and preferred hours. A day might have one museum visit, a nearby lunch and an open afternoon. We group stops by neighborhood and compare private guides, small groups and independent visits. The group size, duration, admission and transport are confirmed for the option you choose; timed entry does not remove security checks.

What does it cost?

Every journey is designed around your dates, interests and pace. We agree a tailored total with the inclusions and booking conditions in writing before you commit. Start with a free call or tell Fred about your trip by email; no payment or price acceptance is required to enquire.

We are not comfortable with apps. Is that a problem?

Tell us how you prefer to receive your plan. Your itinerary is available in the Chic Trip app and can also be provided as a printable document. We agree the contact channel and support period with you before travel; you do not have to plan your days around learning a new app.

Can you plan rest days and slower days?

Yes. We leave genuinely unbooked time and make optional suggestions clearly separate from confirmed reservations. Booked tickets, guides and transport each have their own cancellation conditions, which we check before you approve. We do not promise that every optional visit is refundable.

Can you help if we use a walker or mobility scooter?

Send the equipment dimensions, whether it folds, your walking and stair limits, and any assistance you require. We check relevant vehicle capacity, hotel access and venue arrangements with suppliers before confirming suitability. We do not guarantee universal step-free access or provide medical or personal-care assistance.

Our flights and hotel are already booked. Can you plan the rest?

Yes, subject to the scope we agree. Send the hotel address, flight times and any existing reservations. We plan around them and coordinate the approved restaurant tables, museum entries, guides and transfers. Existing bookings retain their original conditions and sold-out access is not guaranteed.
