You know you want to go to Paris. What you do not want is a second job: comparing ticket types, remembering booking windows, finding a restaurant for the right evening and checking whether a transfer has actually been confirmed.

You can hand over much of that work. The important part is agreeing exactly what someone else will handle, what you still need to approve and which arrangements remain yours. At Chic Trip, your proposal sets out the itinerary, booking coordination and support agreed for your journey.

Make one list of what is already fixed

Start with your flights, hotel, travel dates and any tickets you have bought. A planner needs the actual confirmation details, not just the attraction name. Two visits to the same museum can have different meeting places, inclusions and conditions.

Then identify what still needs arranging. That may be restaurants, timed entries, private guides, ground transfers or train journeys. You do not have to hand over everything. If choosing your hotel is part of the fun, keep it; we can discuss building the rest around it.

International flights remain yours to book. We can advise on how their timing fits the route, but do not present that advice as an airline booking service.

A suggestion is not a reservation

A restaurant written into an itinerary is not necessarily booked. A useful itinerary makes the difference visible: suggested, awaiting approval or confirmed. Confirmed arrangements should include the date, local time, party size, location and any instructions you need on the day.

Official rules matter as much as the itinerary. For example, the Louvre recommends booking a time slot, including for visitors entitled to free admission. A planner should check the current requirements for your visit rather than assume that having a pass settles every detail.

We cannot guarantee sold-out tables or attractions. If the first choice is unavailable, we discuss an alternative that preserves what you wanted from that part of the day.

Have a Museum Pass already?

Tell us before we arrange admission. Some covered sites require a separate, free time-slot reservation, subject to availability. You should not buy a second admission ticket for the same covered visit. We use the official Paris Museum Pass reservation list to check what needs reserving for your itinerary.

A timed ticket does not remove security checks or guarantee an empty entrance. We allow time to arrive and follow the actual ticket instructions, rather than promise no waiting.

Know what your trip total includes

Your written proposal gives the total for the agreed arrangements, planning, coordination and support. It specifies which hotels, tickets, guides and transport are included and which expenses remain outside the quote. Restaurant reservations do not mean that meals and drinks are included. A tour or transfer may have a package price with its own inclusions; it is not a promise that every service is passed through at the supplier's net cost.

You should see prices and booking conditions before approving them. Delegating reservations should reduce your administrative work, not remove your control over spending.
