Quick answer

One Paris contact for restaurant reservations, museum visits and a day-by-day itinerary in your travel app. Understand the planning fee, booking rules and what is included before you commit.

Yes. Chic Trip can plan your Paris days and arrange the restaurant reservations, official museum tickets, private guides and transfers you approve. You have one Paris-based contact coordinating the trip, with your itinerary available in our travel app and support by message during your stay.

Our Concierge planning fee starts at $623 for a three-day trip for up to four travelers. It is separate from meals, tickets, hotels and transport. Below is what we handle, what you still choose, and how to avoid paying twice for museum admission.

Book the day, not just the table

A lovely lunch is less enjoyable if you have to rush across Paris to make it. We connect your reservations with your hotel, museum visits, walking pace and time to rest. A good day might combine a focused Louvre visit, lunch nearby and a relaxed afternoon around the Palais Royal, rather than three appointments on opposite sides of the city.

We start with your priorities, not a standard checklist. Tell us about a special dinner, the art you enjoy, dietary needs, mobility considerations and anything already booked. You do not need to arrive with a finished plan. Helping you choose is part of the work.

What we handle for Paris restaurants

  • A shortlist that fits you: different styles and price points, with alternatives if your first choice is unavailable.
  • The booking process: checking each restaurant's own release schedule and using its official platform or calling in French when needed.
  • The practical details: party size, preferred times, dietary notes, deposits and cancellation conditions.
  • A workable backup: another suitable option if a table cannot be confirmed, not an undisclosed second reservation with another no-show risk.

There is no single booking window for Paris restaurants. Some accept advance reservations, others release tables closer to the date, and some operate without reservations. We check the actual venue instead of promising that every table opens exactly 30 days ahead. A request is not a confirmed reservation, and we cannot guarantee a sold-out restaurant.

Museum tickets: three distinctions that matter

1. A timed ticket does not remove every queue

For the Louvre, we plan around an official dated entry slot and the museum's opening calendar. Its current visitor information recommends advance time-slot booking, including for visitors eligible for free admission. A reserved time does not bypass security checks or guarantee an empty entrance. We leave a sensible arrival buffer rather than promise "no waiting." Check the Louvre's official visitor information for your date and ticket category.

2. A Museum Pass may need a free reservation, not a second paid ticket

The Paris Museum Pass includes admission to its covered sites, but some sites also require a separate time-slot reservation. That reservation is free for the covered admission and subject to availability. It is not the same as buying another entrance ticket. We check your existing pass or tickets before arranging anything, using the official Museum Pass reservation list.

3. Not every museum visit needs advance booking

The Musée d'Art Moderne de Paris is a useful example: its permanent collections are free for individual visitors and accessible without a reservation. Its usual hours are Tuesday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; check current notices and exhibition conditions separately. This is the city's modern art museum, not the Centre Pompidou. See the museum's official information.

The right approach is to reserve the visits that need it and leave room for discoveries. We also compare a pass with individual tickets for the visits you actually want, rather than assume a pass always saves money.

What does the service cost?

Our fee covers the agreed planning and coordination work. The current Concierge starting price is $623 for three days, for up to four travelers. A seven-day trip for up to four travelers is $1,328. These are per-trip planning fees, not per-person prices or the total cost of the vacation. Longer trips and larger groups change the fee; your scope and price are confirmed before you commit.

  • Restaurants and official museum tickets: the venue's charges are separate, at face price. Any required deposit or cancellation charge is explained before booking.
  • Hotels: public rates, without an added Chic Trip markup. The room type and cancellation terms matter when comparing prices.
  • Private tours, transfers and experiences: clear package prices quoted for your approval. These are not represented as supplier costs passed through without a margin.

The Concierge starting fee is not a published price for one isolated dinner reservation. If you only need help with a small part of your trip, tell us what is missing so we can confirm whether it fits our service and provide the appropriate scope.

Your itinerary stays with you in the app

Your trip is more than a PDF to search through on the sidewalk. Chic Trip's app brings your day-by-day itinerary and trip information together, accessible on your phone or computer. You can try the app before paying, and we work around flights, hotels or activities you have already booked.

During the trip, you can message your Paris contact if plans need adjusting. Changes still depend on supplier availability, ticket restrictions and any applicable charges. Local support is not a promise that every reservation can be moved or refunded.

When should you contact us?

Contact us once you have a likely travel period, especially for a celebration or a restaurant that matters to you. We can establish priorities before booking windows open. If departure is close, send your dates and what remains unarranged; we will assess availability and our capacity before accepting the work. There is no universal minimum lead time or guarantee of last-minute access.

Chic Trip is operated by WANDERCHIC TRAVEL, SASU, based in Paris. Our role is to help you choose, coordinate the agreed bookings and support the trip, with the service scope and charges explained in advance.

Ready to hand over the booking logistics?

Start with your dates, number of travelers, hotel if already booked, and the two or three things you would most like us to handle. We will clarify the next step and planning fee before you commit.
