Fred booked the impossible restaurants, prepared perfect daily itineraries, and checked up on us daily, gladly making lots of last minute changes and suggestions. He booked our trains (with detailed explanations) for day trips. He booked the perfect hotel, the best pastry tour, and found us a great museum guide.
