4 nights · Two adults sharing one double room.

Charm

A characterful Bordeaux base and measured city and village visits; tailored quote required.

  • 4 nights in Bordeaux: Proposed characterful four-star boutique hotel. Classic double room for two. Area to consider: Saint-Pierre, Chartrons or another central neighborhood chosen for practical access.
  • Proposed focused Bordeaux introduction on day 2; any museum replaces part of the walk and is quoted separately. A heritage-focused Saint-Émilion visit on day 3, with any guided underground admission confirmed. Wine tasting is optional, not a requirement. Transport: Arrival and departure arrangements to be agreed. Day 3 can use a train with the final station-to-village connection explicitly planned and quoted. No daily driver is included, and day 4 has no scheduled transport. Slopes, paving and steps need review before choosing the village route.

Signature

A selected five-star Bordeaux room, private guiding and a planned village transfer; tailored quote required.

  • 4 nights in Bordeaux: Proposed selected five-star hotel. Superior or deluxe double room for two. Area to consider: A central address chosen for your preferred atmosphere and access needs.
  • Proposed private Bordeaux guiding on day 2, with any selected museum replacing part of the route. Proposed private Saint-Émilion heritage guiding on day 3, or one winery appointment replacing part of the visit. A low-alcohol or alcohol-free day is possible. Transport: Proposed private arrival and departure transfers, plus one return Saint-Émilion transfer, with pickup and waiting time specified in the quote. No daily driver is included. Village slopes, paving and steps remain to be reviewed, and day 4 has no scheduled transport.

Exceptional

A distinctive Bordeaux suite and specialist guiding on the same relaxed route; tailored quote required.

  • 4 nights in Bordeaux: Proposed distinctive luxury hotel. Junior suite or suite for two; exact category and facilities to be agreed. Area to consider: One distinctive city address selected with you for setting and practical access.
  • Proposed specialist Bordeaux guiding on day 2, with no extra museum automatically added. Proposed specialist Saint-Émilion guiding on day 3, focused on heritage or one confirmed winery appointment. Tastings and special access are not guaranteed; an alcohol-free format is available to plan. Transport: Proposed premium arrival and departure transfers and one private vehicle block for Saint-Émilion, with waiting time and village access specified. No daily driver is included, and day 4 remains free. Vehicle access does not remove village slopes, paving or steps.

The hotel and room shown belong to that proposed style; further changes beyond it are quoted separately. A private guide does not mean private access to a venue.

These hotel and experience styles are starting points, not confirmed offers or guaranteed availability. Dates, season, room choice and experiences affect the final total. International flights and meals excluded unless specified.

What we confirm before you book

These are proposed configurations, not confirmed bookings. Your written proposal names the hotels, room categories, guides, admissions and transport, with the complete price and cancellation conditions for your dates. A private guide does not mean private access to a venue. Requests depend on availability; no special entrance, room feature or restaurant table is guaranteed.

Hotel categories describe the selection we would propose, not a confirmed property. Room size, bed setup, views, air conditioning, lifts, step-free access, breakfast, taxes and facilities are checked for the actual hotel and room.

Optional enhancements are outside the configuration shown until selected and priced in your proposal. International flights, ordinary restaurant meals, drinks and table deposits are separate unless expressly itemized. A tasting or class includes only the food and drinks listed in the proposal.

Tell Fred about your wishes

One city base, time to enjoy it

Five days, four nights. One Bordeaux hotel.

Settle into Bordeaux for four nights, with no hotel changes. Arrival and a neighborhood welcome lead into a focused culture day, one Saint-Émilion outing, a full free day and an unhurried departure.

Saint-Émilion without obligatory tastings

Choose a heritage-focused visit or one winery appointment in place of part of the village route. A low-alcohol or alcohol-free day is possible. The Cité du Vin can replace part of the Bordeaux culture day if you want it; day four stays free.

All three hotel and experience styles require a tailored quote. Your dates, room, visits and transport determine the written proposal; no fixed package price or deposit is set by this example. The PDF keeps the same programme for your conversation with Fred.

The coast and other vineyards are separate choices

Arcachon, a river cruise or another vineyard region is not included in this five-day example. Discuss a replacement or extra nights with Fred, with the route, transport and tailored quote revised together.

Saint-Émilion has slopes, paving and steps. We review your walking comfort and the actual visit route before arranging transport. A train journey needs a planned final connection to the village; a private return transfer can be quoted. No daily driver, winery appointment or special-access ticket is assumed.

Choose your next step

Your days, at your pace

Illustrative days, not fixed dates. Opening days, transfers and your preferences will shape the final order.

  1. Bordeaux
  2. Saint-Pierre
  3. Chartrons
  4. Saint-Émilion

Day 1: Arrive and find your Bordeaux neighborhood

Bordeaux

Settle into one Bordeaux hotel for four nights. Your included welcome coffee is a chance to review the days ahead, with its timing arranged around your arrival. Keep the first neighborhood introduction short and dinner nearby; any station or airport transfer is specified in your proposal.

  • Welcome coffee included in your Chic Trip service
  • Arrival, neighborhood and nearby dinner planning

Time for yourself: Leave the rest of the day open to rest after travel and settle into your hotel.

Day 2: Bordeaux culture, at your pace

Bordeaux

Choose a focused culture and neighborhood route around Saint-Pierre, the quays or Chartrons, with lunch and breaks built in. One museum can be selected instead of part of the walk. If you choose the Cité du Vin, it replaces part of this day rather than adding another outing; admission needs confirmation and a non-alcoholic Belvedere drink is available.

  • Proposed Bordeaux culture and neighborhood visit, with guide format to be agreed
  • Restaurant choices and any selected museum admission specified in the quote

Time for yourself: Keep the later afternoon free for the hotel, a cafe or independent browsing close to your base.

Day 3: Saint-Émilion, heritage before a checklist

Bordeaux

Plan one Saint-Émilion outing and return to the same Bordeaux hotel. Choose a heritage-focused village visit, with any guided underground admission confirmed separately, or replace part of it with one winery appointment. Tastings are optional, and the day can be low-alcohol or alcohol-free. Review slopes, paving and steps before choosing the route. Transport must suit the visit: a private return transfer or train plus the final connection is quoted, not an assumed station pickup.

  • One proposed Saint-Émilion outing with the heritage or winery format agreed
  • Return transport planning, lunch choices and any selected tickets or appointment specified in your proposal

Time for yourself: Return to Bordeaux with time to rest before dinner, without adding a second vineyard region.

Day 4: A full free day in Bordeaux

Bordeaux

Keep the whole day free to enjoy your Bordeaux base, revisit a favorite neighborhood or simply rest. Local cafe and restaurant suggestions remain available, but no museum, winery, cruise or day trip is scheduled. Arcachon and other vineyard areas are not hidden additions to this day.

  • A full free day with local suggestions if wanted
  • Restaurant selection and reservation requests after your approval

Time for yourself: The entire day is yours, with time for a leisurely lunch, your hotel and an unhurried final evening.

Day 5: Leave Bordeaux without a final rush

Bordeaux

Plan your departure around the confirmed railway station or airport and the selected hotel. Any transfer, luggage arrangements and time buffer are specified before booking. An onward destination or extra night changes the programme and receives its own quote.

  • Departure connection planning with any transfer separately specified
  • Onward-travel advice around your confirmed arrangements

Time for yourself: Enjoy breakfast if the departure schedule allows; no final attraction is scheduled.

What this example covers

  • Editorial sample only: five days and four nights are proposed and require a tailored quote
  • A welcome coffee included in your Chic Trip service
  • Restaurant selection with three choices per meal, refined around your tastes and budget; reservation requests follow your approval and depend on confirmation
  • Your day-by-day itinerary, maps and confirmed reservations together in the Chic Trip app
  • Fred is available by message 24/7 during your trip
  • The hotel, selected visits and transport are specified and priced in your written proposal before booking

Quoted separately or excluded

  • International flights, travel insurance and onward rail unless expressly quoted
  • Meals, drinks, tastings and restaurant deposits, except the included welcome coffee and any other itemized experience
  • Cité du Vin admission, underground monuments and winery appointments unless selected and itemized; no special access or tasting is promised
  • Arcachon, river cruises and a second vineyard region are not included; each requires a separately quoted replacement or extension
  • No daily driver is included, and no transport or excursion is scheduled on the free day
  • Hotel upgrades, extra nights, personal spending and local charges unless expressly itemized; no hotel, admission or transport is booked by this sample

Make it yours

  • Other Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion highlights you could add or swap in: choose the Cité du Vin in place of part of the Bordeaux culture day, with admission and the visit format agreed
  • Keep Saint-Émilion entirely heritage-focused or request one winery appointment instead of part of the village visit; tastings are optional and all admission and host arrangements need confirmation
  • Adjust walking, steps and the final station-to-village connection around your needs; a private return transfer can be quoted without implying a daily driver
  • Arcachon, a river cruise or another vineyard region can be discussed as a separately quoted replacement or extension; none is included in the five-day route
  • Tell Fred what you would like to change, add or remove; the programme and tailored quote will be adapted to your interests and budget

Finding your hotel

  • Four nights in one Bordeaux hotel, with no hotel changes
  • A city base chosen for neighborhood atmosphere, room comfort and practical arrival access
  • Exact room category, breakfast, lifts, steps, facilities and local charges are checked for the actual property and travel dates
