Can we start while I’m still in the United States?
Yes. Start with a conversation in English about your plans, timing and what you want help with. You do not need to have travel dates or a particular apartment in mind.
Will you book the apartment viewings for me?
Yes. For each property you choose to view, we liaise with the relevant agent to request and confirm an appointment on your behalf. We bring the addresses, meeting details and timings into one itinerary, with travel time between visits. Each appointment depends on the property still being available and the agent confirming access.
Do you sell apartments or act as my real estate agent?
Our role is personal preparation, viewing appointment coordination and travel arrangements, not property brokerage. The real estate professional presents the properties and handles the search, offers and negotiations under their terms. We do not sell apartments or promise exclusive access to listings.
I already have an agent. Can you still help?
Yes. With your agreement, we coordinate directly with your agent to book the viewings and organize your schedule. We can also arrange accommodation, transfers and time to explore neighborhoods. We agree the practical scope with you first.
What will it cost?
The first conversation is free. Any Chic Trip services are quoted before work starts. Property prices, transaction costs, professional fees and travel expenses are separate. Your purchase budget is not an acceptance of our fees.
Can you advise on taxes, visas or rental income?
No. Those questions need the relevant qualified advisers. We do not promise residency rights, rental permission, a mortgage or investment returns. Raise your intended use of the apartment with your notaire before making commitments.
Are the photographs apartments I can buy?
No. They show Paris and the atmosphere of its neighborhoods. This page is an invitation to discuss your plans, not a property listing or an offer to sell an apartment.
